Refund Policy
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do not offer returns.

Shipping Policy
12-Pack (Case): Free shipping Australia-wide.
6-Pack: Free shipping for orders in Western Australia (WA); flat $12 shipping fee for 6-packs in other states.

Please note, a signature will be required upon delivery. If no one is available to accept delivery, and you have not provided authority to leave, our carrier will leave a card with details on how to arrange collection or redelivery. Title and risk of loss for all products will pass to you upon delivery.

Order Processing
Please allow 48 hours for us to process your order. You will receive an email notification once your order is on its way. We aim to dispatch orders within 12-24 hours. Shipping is via Australia Post, with delivery taking 5-10 working days from the date of dispatch (less for orders within Western Australia. Orders can be tracked.

We will not be liable for stock or freight on wines shipped to an incorrect address. If extra freight charges are incurred due to redirection, these charges will be your responsibility.
